Blind repairs

Hi looking for someone to quote blind repairs please. Must be local to avoid travel costs associated to quote - looking for a free quote first. The property has blinds through out the house and 2 of the blinds do not work, They are locked in place and are unable to open them. The small window blind in the back left hand room and the large blind in the back right hand room are unusable. also we are missing the chains on 5 of the blinds, 3 of these being the largest blinds in the lounge.
