We have 3 Roman blinds that can’t be pulled up because the little plastic bits on the back have been broken

Velux blind repair

I brought some velux blinds and installed all but one that slipped out of my hands and lost tension in the blind I have tried to retention it but can’t seem to get it to work Is there someone out that that can fix it

Blind repair

I think just a small part of mechanism at top has broken, it's a large French door vertical blind (material) so quite heavy to open close. I don't think the string has snapped. At present we can't shut the blind so feel quite exposed. The house is only 2 years old so it's a fairly new blind.
