Curtain installation for one window

I am looking for someone to install a curtain rod in a room in my house above a ranch slider window. I have done it myself but unable to drill into the stud so I have used anchors where possible. However, the rod is not holding strongly. Needs to be properly done. Please provide a quote for how much this might cost. On an unrelated note, I also have a slow close kitchen drawer that is broken/mulfunctiong and not closing fully or slow closing. I need a quote for this also.
