Fix jammed roller blind Kresta brand

Large wide 2.7m roller blind fitted at top of open 2nd story has jammed. The plastic beads seem to be jammed at the back of the rolling wheel that winds the blind up and down. Can someone who knows what to do come and fix this for me asap in Orewa. You will need a long extension ladder to get access to one side of the blind although the other winding side of the blind and the jammed area is accessible from an open landing that lines up with the window.
