Install new curtain rails and repair existing one

I have 2 windows in 2 different rooms of my timber house. They need new curtain rails (see photo 01 and 02 below) for new thermal curtains. Their dimensions are roughly 1.8m (wide) x 2.0m (long down to the floor). Please allow for additional about 20cm space on each side to extend the rail and allow full cover of the window. Please give me a quote of roughly how much it would costs for installation. I can buy the ready-made curtains by myself. Also, I also need to repair an existing curtain rail (see photo 03 below). Please take care to protect my walls during installation.
