Trimming & hanging a kitchen blind

JOB: Install 2x brackets & trim new blind & rail to fit the space. Then hang. I bought a 150cm blind for a 127cm kitchen space, but don’t have the tools (drill & hacksaw) to complete the job. Completion in the next week would be great as we have destroyed the old blind already :-( This is at my mother’s home. The job should only take about 1hr. There will be another blind to hang (in the laundry at a later date) and other odd jobs if this is a stress-free fix for my mother. Thanks in anticipation.
