He arrived in a timely fashion. Seems a nice guy but his appearance was very untidy in scruffy painted clothing. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and had to spend a lot of time on the job. The blind goes down very well but very hard to wind up so not sure how long the replacement part will last. In saying that - we have never received a bill from him.

"I went out my way for free to have a look at this blind as it was really a manufacture fault and she should have contacted them, As I was on my way to a painting job I had overalls on .Try to the good deed for someone and they give you a bad review."
