Repaint and reassemble 1920's wooden blinds

I have four sets of wooden venetian from my 1920's villa that need sanding undercoat and paint. To do this you need to know how to disassemble a d reassemble. They are controlled by strings AND tapes.. They are called ladder tape blinds. Ideally I would like the ladder tape replaced with new as well as the cords. These are Very different to the modern blind. The tapes are fine. Please only contact me if you know what I am talking about. If you do this right I have more work for you.. Another five large blinds and four small. They are removed already. I will give just one to start with to ensure you can do the job. I know its special work. But I am not paying for shoddy work. You have to be confident you can pull them apart and put them back in working order. You also need to reinstall them in my room. So with that make your quite clear.
