End to End Curtain & Blinds Job

Hello! I am needing two jobs done at my current apartment. Job (A) would be the living room. Ideally, I'd like two curtains, one would be sheer and the other (linen?) to block out the light. Both curtains would need to be sourced with the current drop. Two tracks preferred. Job (B) would be a collaboration to find what I am wanting. It is the small window in the bedroom. The current roman blinds are blocking half of the light and it's fairly minimal as it is. Would be open to suggestions, but blinds or curtains are possible. I enjoy light during the day, but also want to block out light from the exterior lights of apartment communal area so I can sleep. Open to two tracks here too. I would want you to source the fabric, have it made up and install. A full curtain project. PR=refer if you priced this out.
