Blind bracket repair

Hiya, looking for someone to help me with repairing/replacing the bracket on this blind. Darn thing won’t stop spinning in circles and need to get it fixed asap but don’t trust myself to learn how to do it. I got it tangled trying to fix it and wrecked the thing so it will most likely need replacing Can pay onsite or can bank transfer if it’s out of my budget. CBD location but happy to organise parking if needed.
