Concrete parking area, around 120 SQ M

Langs Beach area. Concrete a carparking area approximately 120 sq m (roughly 17m x 7m). Is currently compacted gap 40 to a depth of 15-30cm. What we’re after is a reinforced concrete slab, with oxide to match the existing concrete (4%??) a drainage strip and/or drain up at the top corner bordering the road to catch and divert water runoff from up the hill and a formed gutter along the retaining wall to divert runoff away from the house .
