Patio and Pathway

Seeking installation of an exposed aggregate surface (brown riverstone mix, approx. 10-15mm) concrete patio surround for a pool and adjoining pathway. Pool is an inground poured concrete pool installed approx 8 years ago. Soil surface (~100mm topsil on backfilled clay base) ranges from 150-600mm below finish grade (see drawing, string line at ~ finish surface height). Finish height is to align with pool capstones. Customer will be remove existing fence and install new fence on finished concrete surface. Site access for a digger will be possible but not for truck (height ~3m above road and 8m from road). Owner works from home so site viewable most days/times. Owners estimate is 80-90sqm for patio and 20sqm for pathway. Site can be ready for construction within a few weeks. Preference would be to complete over winter/early spring as owner needs to paint pool also before summer.
