Lavaud Pad

End to end delivery of building a kerb crossing and putting in a car pad, including preferred finish (likely to be a concrete paving finish). We would prefer if the contractor could organise the vehicle crossing application with the Wellington City Council. Note: The car pad would be on a slight gradient and would sit parallel with the front of the house (dimensions=2.52 metres wide and 8.7 metres length). These metrics fit within WCC guidelines. Landscaping out of scope however we would consider recommendations if this was proposed in the quote. This work isn't urgent but we would like it to be underway by Spring.
