I'd like to raise an existing fence footing by 300mm to form a small retaining wall. Approx 15m long, 300mm high. Easy access. Also need a step cut into concrete pad and then filled to form step. Approx 3.4m long. Concrete pad approx 80mm thick with steel bar reinforcing about 500mm apart.
