I have a customer looking for a price for concrete slabs as follows (customer may go with part 1 or parts 1 & 2. 1. 0.6m x 5.2m rectangle - existing concrete slab on the two short & one long side. Existing concrete approx 50mm above ground level, so some excavation will be required. 2. 1.8x3.1m rectangle - existing concrete on both short ends. PLUS 3.3m x 5.9m (missing 2m x 1.8m to make an L shape), existing concrete on most of edge (approx 5m boxing required). existing ground level approx 50mm below concrete edges, so some excavation required. both sections of part 2 require a 'fake paver (~500mm square)' finish - ideally the larger one would also have a colour (grey) applied. Jobsite - Khandallah. Approx 10-20m from road, 4 stairs (but would be easy to construct a temporary ramp). These are patios only - no vehicle access. I am a builder - we are quoting for decking work at the same property, and your quote will form part of the work we quote for on the site.
