Concrete Patio to replace garden

We are seeking a tradesman to help us complete a landscaping project in the front of our house.
We are replacing the existing gravel garden with a concrete patio. We want it to be a low maintenance area. The area to be concreted includes a 2.4M space under the front stairs, where we store firewood.
The overall approximate dimensions are 12.7 square meters.
The task will involve
Removing the remaining top soil to prepare the site.
Laying the concrete.
A key condition is that we want the task complete by the end of March.
