Make a concrete pad for a garden shed

I'm looking for someone to prep & make a concrete pad for a 3.1m x 3.1m garden shed. The shed site is mostly level & access is good for normal vehicles but a bit wet / boggy at the moment for a big truck. Work required as soon as possible subject to weather.
