Concrete pad and fence

Hi We're wanting to prepare a currently grass and paved area for installing a spa pool. Work involved would be to install a concrete pad (guess is ≈100mm thick) over a slightly irregular, approximately 2x3m area, along with a fence of approximately 3.4m length x 1.8m height (there is a corner of approximately 160 degrees so one section approximately 1m, another approximately 2.4), along with potentially a gate and a small privacy fence on an existing retaining wall. Would like to get this done earlier rather than later too (like everyone!)
