Indoor warehouse Concrete sealing

We are about to strip paint off the floor (which we also have a job posted) and are wanting quotes for option to seal the concrete after. This is an indoor warehouse that is used for a doggy day care so what ever is used must not come up on the dogs or be toxic in anyway. Ideally it will be non slip also. Dogs do pee in this area and have nails that scratch so it must be able to cope with this wear and tear.
