New Footpath/Concrete Pavement for Residential Property

Need a concrete footpath across the front of the property which will tie in with the existing driveway. Concrete is to extend up the side of the property to the back where it will tie in with existing concrete slab. The footpath/pavement does not need to be designed for heavy vehicles. Desired finish to be the same as what is currently on the front driveway (broom finish). Area is approximately 36m2, desired depth of concrete is 100mm. Job requires preparation of base, placement and finishing of concrete. Depending on levels, a drain at the corner of the property may need to be raised/lowered. AC units which can seen in the photos can be removed for the works to be completed.
