Concrete Cutting around a portion of a large oval in ground pool

Concrete was poured in sections, divided by wooden slender panels around the whole of the pool. It rests against pool edging pavers. Pipes underneath a section are leaking. We would like the concrete cut in such a way that we can access the pipes again if repairs are needed. This job is not around the whole pool just one large section to be completed by the end of October early November. Need someone with experience who can assist with a solution to allow access again and not destroy current concrete, open to ideas. Property is easy to access near Titirangi village.
