Slab to New 65m2 Lower Level Dwelling

A price is required for a conventional NZS3604 concrete slab to an existing 65m2 basement area. Footing for blockwork retaining wall also required and to be integrated with slab. Scope of work: - Demolition and removal of existing slab only - Excavation of approx 300mm soil and removal of extg slab - Edge footing to be poured for 1m high block retaining wall to one side. - Epoxy fix bars of starter bars to perimeter of existing footing beam - Membrane to be placed to slab and blockwork wall I have obtained building consent so project is ready to commence. Final drawings & details will be provided to allow pricing on application. Applicant must be LBP to allow council sign off.
