Concrete or tar driveways

(Job in West Auckland: Need a quote:) I want a concrete or tar paving done on my land approx 100sq mt or bit more... Currently this part of land is covered with the 7 cubic meters of red chips. Now, we have four cars to park on. Heavy rain has formed a lot of mud due to frequent drives of the car. This is the reason why I have planned to get the driveway done may me of concrete or tar using those exiting red chips which are already on the land.
