Lay paving to create terrace - 47m2

The area will be fully prepared. It is boxed & will be levelled and compacted gap 7 will be already in place. Just the final layer of sand 20mm (1m3) and the pavers will need to be done. Probably best if the sand is supplied by you as I don't want the sand to be applied till the the paving job starts. The paving pattern wanted is Dutch which is --- alternating with --- with some --- on the edges. The pavers will be delivered and be on the same level, so no stairs or slopes. Finishing wanted is sweep in grout and finally a gloss sealer both of which will be supplied
