Concrete Garage floor/foundation

Looking to get a concrete floor/foundation laid for a garage project. Will be 9 meter x 6 meters, with a door recess at 4.2 meters long. Will need to be in accordance with figure 7.13 of NZS --- as per council requirement. I will supply the permit, but you will be responsible for compliance and arranging timings with council inspectors. Can you please include the site scrape so it can be done to your liking. Basically flat section at the moment. Please arrange disposal of excess soil. Not sure yet on fixings for the bottom plate, so happy for pricing to exclude those, and will be as an extra later if required. That's all I can think of. Thank you.
