New driveway

As per attached, we have a long driveway and pad area in front of the garage to lay. Site is level and flat. We will be looking for this to be completed in Dec 2020. The driveway is about 272m2 which we are looking at chip seal with concrete edging. The pad in front of the garage is approximately 100m2 and we would like to price up two options. 1. Concrete pad 2. Hot mix pad The house sits 350mm above ground level so there is on excavation required but I image we will have this area slightly lower than floor level with a small incline to the garage. And the driveway has been excavated and has a metal base so we think minimal excavation is required. Site is to be left clean and tidy after work is completed. Please price excluding excavation but indicate an hourly rate for this.
