Driveway - Douglas street

I have a street line garage but want to remove it and create a driveway/ carpark the cuts into the slope of the land. This will create a drive in space level with the street. The space will need steps at the rear to walk out of the void. The front concrete fence along the road would also need to be rebuilt but could follow the new build. You can see a similar slope based on the neighbouring property. See images.
