Concrete pad 2.3m square required

I need someone to pour a 2.3m x 2.3m x 100mm concrete pad (so a bit over 0.50m2 of concrete needed. A truck can get pretty close, but you'll need to wheelbarrow the last 30m or so. As per the photo, boxing is in place already and I can put the base course & reinforcing mesh down or leave that to you. Happy for you to supply the concrete (premix preferred) or I can arrange it. Job to be done ASAP please. When responding, please give a quote at the same time and tell me what it includes, i.e. basecourse, mesh, etc. Let me know if any more detail is needed.
