64m2 Exposed Concrete Finish For New Home Build

As part of a 215m2 new home build I need to have the entry hall, kitchen, dining and lounge concrete floor cut and polished (roughly 64m2). I'm after a salt and pepper finish so limited to no cutting if possible to retain the original pour finish of the concrete. The concrete itself will be tinted a dark to charcoal grey and we are trying to have as little exposed aggregate as possible. In saying that if you have recommendations or more cost effective options I'd love to hear them. The floor is being poured this month but framing etc won't start until January next year so I need to understand when you need to be on site and the associated cost. Thanks so much in advance.
