Alter concrete driveway entrance for better access

Vehicles are scraping at the start of our steep driveway. I would like to get a quote for altering the concrete, and advice and costs relating to any council requirements. Carscrap the road. Any vehicles with an overhang would need to use ramps at the moment . I'll attach a photo to give an idea of the issue.
