Drilling 2 x 160 mm holes in wall

Need 2 160mm holes next to beam to put 150 mm stainless steel ducting through from rangehood. Hollow concrete block but chance these are filled with concrete as next to beam. Most important is as little dirt as possible. No wet drilling.
