It's a new build property and we've seen water pooling in the garden (it's a level site) and next to where the water has been pooling we can see that some concrete has fallen away from the foundations. Should we be worried? Do we need the builder to lay a french drain around the foundations to ensure the water drains away and doesn't sit next to the foundations?
