Concrete repairs

Please see attached photos. Area is 25 m x 300 mm, the current concrete is cracked, breaking up, and is uneven. I am wanting the whole area to be resurfaced so that it is level with the decking and the pool edge, to then include staining of the concrete (if this service is offered by yourself).
