Slab for lounge

We are looking at getting a concrete slab on the side of our home off the lounge. The area to be covered is 25square metres (approx). We will also be having a roof of 20 square metres over the main portion of the slag, so we will need to factor the long poles into the corners of the slab. With the ground slightly sloping, it may prove to be a bit of a leveling thing too although we are quite prepared to help with the preparations.
