Eskdale Road Retaining Wall Repair

A retaining wall, made of concrete block, is requiring repair due to being on a lean. It is over the 1.5m threshold required for building consent (Is around 2.1m high). It will likely need an engineer to look at it and design the wall itself. I have been told you could either put wooden posts in front, or just re-do the wall. The access to the property for machinery is relatively limited (Likely around 1.5m wide through a fence) and is in the back yard. Time frame is asap, but willing to wait for the right person. Will require building consent (So engineer will have to sign off first prior to build).
