Driveway entrance needs to be level

We live in a new subdivision in Aotea. When the curbing company set the curbing it is quite high where the street meets our driveway and we want the curbing cut away and then levelled off so we don’t have to drive up and over the high curb onto our drive, it’s breaking our cars.
