Repair Paving

Hi there Recently water has emerged from underneath carport paving and trickled down the driveway. Only a small amount of water but constant regardless of rain. Paving now starting to sink in certain areas. As yet I haven't lifted up the paving to see what is causing the issue and as far as I am aware there are no drains or pipes under this particular part of the car port.
