Additional Parking - 3 Discovery Drive
Job description
Hi, we'd like a quote on replacement of an existing concrete driveway which is cracked, as well as an additional parking area to be added. The existing driveway (marked 2 on the sketch) is L shaped and flat, with a small thin path to the front steps. it is cracked and the surface is crumbling. We'd like all of this replaced with new concrete. Additionally, we are considering adding additional parking space either alongside the existing carport replacing the lawn there (marked 1 on the sketch), or, if the sloped grassy area (marked 3 on the sketch) nearest the street can be excavated then in that area. There is a small brick retaining wall (approx 1m) which has partially collapsed which will require replacement, and a new retaining wall would require building in the previously sloped area. There is also an existing narrow pathway running along the right hand side of the house which is currently bare dirt which we would also like a quote to have concreted along it's length. Access to the site is straightforward. Have included a photo of the front of the house which shows the layout.
