Will be needing a driveway in new build plus two patio areas concreted and concrete step put in for consent re 3 external doors. diagram attached of areas required. NB: Driveway will preferably have a flat area but will be sloping at front of section to gain access up onto it. Approximate area not including steps is 122m2.
