Excavation & Concreting

I am wanting to get the grass area concreted, with the possibility of also doing the driveway (currently cobblestones) and the garden to be removed and concreted up to the start of the garage. Would get all 3 areas concreted depending on the cost, but the grass area is a priority so I can park a car on it. The dimensions are as follows: Grass area: 84m2 Driveway: 55m2 Garden: 21m2 There is a naturally a slight gradient so water run off is no problem, however there is already a storm water drain pipe running under the grass from the downpipe to the curb if extra drainage is required. We would like this job completed within the next couple of months, but it is not urgent. Appreciate all replies.
