As shown in the site plan, the section has 2 new houses already built. The driveway will need to be paved with area of about 56m2. The section sides will need to be weedmatt and covered with 20mm stones of area about 61m2. The rest of the section of about 79m2 to be filled with topcourse and crusher-dust.
