40m2 concrete patio
Job description
Lay a 40m2 patio in the area shown. Concrete to be 100mm thick, including reinforcing mesh. Area needs to be boxed up on three sides. Patio will later be tiled by others. Concrete needs to be laid to fall away from house e.g. 1 in --- . Please include saw cutting for shrinkage as required. Concrete will need to be pumped as round back of house, no vehicle access.Some gap 20 is already down but will might need a top up and some recompaction to tidy up. Otherwise job is good to go. Note one edge has a trench that can be filled with concrete or gap 20 (was going to be drainage but not required).
