Noakes laid a 6m by 3m concrete pad for swim spa. He did a beautiful job, very professional and very competent at what he does. Communication from him was easy and prompt. He cleaned up after the job, fence removed for access and put back on afterwards. Can't fault him at all. highly recommend!
