Remove existing driveway 4" thick (crumbling) and re-concrete with 6" thick

I now need a quote for a replacement of a shared driveway (slightly more than 100m in length nd varies between 2-3metres wide) with 4 Titles using the drive. Two properties have easements, but two of us own the drive (50% each). I don't know if you have knowledge about sharing costs and what's legitimate to ask for in terms of neighbours' contributions, but this drive has been crumbling away for many years, and has multiple cracks.
