Job description
Grind ground floor area of low rise apartment to prepare for waterproofing. Following this the floor will be tiled (kitchen dining) and carpeted (lounge). Floor area is circa 25 square metres. Job to be completed prior to --- . Good access to property - 10 metres from car park to front door. One set of steps (3) to access front courtyard and front door. .

Mike did a great job - grind of old concrete floor prior to tiling and carpeting. He was particularly helpful in assisting us in juggling our timetable due to Covid. Highly recommended Paul
