We have a patio area which is (approx) 20 sqm in size and about 300mm in depth. The patio tiles sit on top of old foundations for a previous granny flat that existed once on the property (back in the 40s). I am unsure whether it is solids concrete underneath or a mixture of concrete, dirt and old walls (from the previous dwelling). I purchased the property last year and would like this removed as I’m looking to put down grass (in preparation for kids, etc) I am looking for someone to cut down and remove this patio/concrete.
