Concrete Parking Pad; Possibly path, paved area, & block retaining wall

1. Quote for a concrete parking pad. Some leveling would be required. 2. Quote to remove/replace old paving pathway & paved area. Replace with concrete. (The weeds between the pavers drive me nuts!). Advice regarding water flow solutions would be required - with respect to the concreting. 3. Add some concrete brick/block retaining. That's my order of priority. Quote dollars may dictate whether I can do all three items immediately. Timeframe: No urgency for the concreting work to be done, but would want a time estimate of when work could start.
