Fix the sliding footpath

Hi guys, I have a concrete pathway along the house that decided to slide down the hill. The property is about 18 years old, not sure if the pathway was always there, but when we moved in 4 years ago the crack was about 3cm wide and stayed like that for 3.5 years. Then it slid down 5mm further, so it is now time to fix it. An extra problem is that there are some pipes running through it that are now stressed and may crack. I mostly worry about the water one… So what I need is to release the pipes first, then fix or replace the pathway and stabilize the whole thing, so it doesn’t happen again for a long time. Please see the photos on the next pages to understand the problem better. The length of the pathway is about 15m, the width is about 1.2m.
