Break existing concrete and pour new slab

We have a back area that needs some work and we need some ideas. We are thinking of havig the current concrete path and tile slab broken and removed. We will then grass that area (Photo 1 & 2). For photo 3 we are looking at ideas that can help us tidy up the concrete. Currently there are multiple slabs that have moved and are uneven. Photos 4,5,6, looking to excavate and pour a concrete slab. These are just ideas but we need some with concrete and landscaping, retaining services. We do not current know whether this is feasible for us. Need someone with good ideas. We are available for site visits weekdays after 6pm.
