Concrete pathway and stair repairs
Job description
Approx 12-13 years ago, whilst the neighbours were doing some major earth-works, our house experienced quite a shaking and a crack between the ground floor pathway / patio and the main house appeared. Ditto between some external stairs leading up from the pathway to a first floor balcony (ref photos). Since this time, the crack has not changed at all. We would finally like to fill the crack for both aesthetic reasons as well as to prevent water from running down the side of the house below the stairs as well as underneath the pathways.
